Thank you for choosing Jai Yen for your handmade jewellery purchases. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for processing refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jai Yen. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

a. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@jaiyen.store within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon inspection, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

b. Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us at hello@jaiyen.store within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a refund, including shipping costs, upon return of the incorrect item.

c. Change of Mind:  We accept refunds or exchanges for items due to a change of mind or personal preferences. Please contact us at hello@jaiyen.store within 2 days of receiving the item and we will provide details on how to return the item. Returned items must be in their original and unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund if the item is not in it's original condition upon return.

2. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@jaiyen.store within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

b. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

c. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and labels. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.

3. Non-Eligible Items for Refunds

a. Custom Orders: Custom-made jewelry items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as they are tailored specifically to your specifications.

b. Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Refund Processing

a. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

b. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

a. If your return is approved due to a defective or damaged item or an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

b. For returns not related to defects, damage, or incorrect items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy
