This guarantee covers breakage or damage that occurs through normal wear and use, provided that it is not a result of intentional damage, mishandling, or neglect.

If your jewelry item breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect within 1 year of purchase, please follow these steps to make a guarantee claim:
